| This program is designed for all boys and girls ages 5 through teens, both those who are of normal weight as well as those who need extra motivation on the path to a healthier weight. No matter how old or young, overweight or thin a person is, healthy eating habits and physical activity reduce the risk of heart disease and certain cancers. The Hi 5 Fitness program is ultimately about maintaining life long health through both healthy eating and physical activity. |
